Region Värmland inbjuder till att lämna anbud i upphandlingen av ett processorienterat bidragsansökningssystem som ska klara av hanteringen av hela bidragsprocessen, från planeringen inför att bidrag ska utlysas till dess att ärendena avslutats och uppföljning genomförts. Bidragsansökningssystemet kommer att vara en central del av den dagliga verksamheten och en viktig komponent för att Kultur och Bildning, Folkhälsan och Folkbildning ska kunna utföra sitt uppdrag.
